Job Description This role designs, develops, and implements engaging learning programs for the Human Resources department. The designer creates eLearning modules, instructor led courses, blended programs, and job aids while ensuring all content aligns with organizational goals. They work closely with HR leaders and SMEs to gather accurate content, develop course structures, and build assessments. The role uses authoring tools and LMS platforms to produce and deliver training and evaluates content effectiveness using learner data and feedback. The designer also supports HR leadership with resources, documentation, reporting, and facilitation when needed. The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast paced environment.
Compensation $25/hr to $31/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
