Role Summary: The Brand Ambassador will work closely with the Events & Sponsorship Department to execute marketing campaigns and promotional strategies. This role requires a dynamic individual who is passionate about wine, customer engagement, and brand storytelling.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Understand and communicate the brand's message, mission, and goals
Collaborate with the Events & Sponsorship Department to execute campaigns and strategies
Educate customers, retailers, and distributors about our products
Drive sales through in-store dry and wet demos
Build strong rapport with customers and vendors
Monitor customer feedback and elevate concerns to the Events & Sponsorship team
Represent the company at product launches, events, and trade shows
Participate in brainstorming sessions, trainings, and workshops
Maintain a consistently positive and professional brand image
Education, Experience, & Skills Required
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
WSET Level 1 certification preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality
Working knowledge of social media platforms and tools
Strong organizational and time management skills
Adaptable with the ability to prioritize tasks
Ability and willingness to travel
Must be punctual, self‑motivated, and professional at all times
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required
Must be 21 years of age or older
Bilingual skills are a plus
Additional Requirements
Current valid driver's license with no DWI offenses
Must have reliable transportation
Must comply with all federal, state, and local laws governing the alcoholic beverage industry
Uphold the highest ethical business standards and fiduciary responsibility on behalf of the company and its customers
Pay Range $25—$27 USD
