Responsibilities
Design and prepare print‑ready files for a variety of projects, including brochures, flyers, and banners.
Collaborate with clients and team members to understand project requirements and deliver exceptional results.
Perform quality checks on all designs to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.
Utilize industry‑standard software (Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, etc.) to create stunning visual content.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
Stay updated on design trends and printing techniques to enhance service offerings.
Assist in the prepress process, including colour correction and file optimisation.
Provide support and training to junior designers as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field preferred.
5+ years of experience in graphic design and prepress production.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Knowledge of printing processes and prepress workflows.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage time effectively.
Creative problem‑solving skills with a passion for design.
