Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating and introducing customers to the Paula Hian brand, helping them select, coordinate and purchase luxury clothing/accessories, while providing the highest level of customer service.
Requirements
Must have 2+ years previous retail sales experience for women's clothing, in particular selling high end merchandise
Possess proven track record of success in luxury goods sales
Excellent communication skills – with customers, retail staff and corporate personnel
Highly responsible and professional
Knowledge and understanding of the product and sales operations
Driven to meet and exceed performance expectations
Enjoy connecting with customers and demonstrating an enthusiastic and positive attitude
Ability to clientele
Thrive in a team environment
Ability to have a flexible work schedule, including morning, evening and weekend availability
Proficient in using Square registers and the ability to handle cash transactions accurately
Have a passion for fashion, retail sales, and a drive to succeed
