YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES The primary responsibilities of this role, Sales Enablement Lead-IL, NE, MO, IA, IN, MN, KS, are to:

Provide business support, insights, and data analysis to assigned Unit(s) for seed, crop protection, and digital business key performance indicators to enable profitable volume and financial target achievement;

Work collaboratively with BUL to provide proactive insights and recommended actions to drive financial business results Key insights focused on but not limited to: Order pacing to targets, discretionary spend, program tracking, in-season and future season forecast, grower opportunity insights, GSD/GPOS, & DDI;

Lead, Coach, and Mentor Field Sales Reps and Sales Agronomists on: Sales process implementation including gathering feedback and seeking ways to create effectiveness improvements;

Activation of Farmer Experience strategy with systems, data, and KPI tracking;

Implementation of Sales Territory Planning Processes building a culture of strategic planning using data insights to achieve sustainable growth targets;

Customer Plus capability training and value messaging;

Profit & Loss dashboards to measure and track financial outcomes toward Customer Team Incentives;

Train & support squads on using Tableau dashboards to generate territory insights;

Collaborates across the entire USS with emphasis on IPL, PSOL, and FBPL to ensure alignment and consistency on key reporting and data insights;

Partners with Business Intelligence Reporting teams to enhance dashboards to display critical information and data validation for accuracy;

Have a strong understanding of basic financial acumen to provide direction to the Unit(s) on tracking P&L and providing recommendations;

Provides subject matter expertise for various assigned sales processes and systems helping connect field users to the development of digital tools and world class sales behaviors and outcomes;

Coach Sales Support Specialist (S3) to ensure field teams needs are being met while providing professional and personal development opportunities;

Serves as a project management support for various special projects led within the US Commercial business;

Seeks opportunities to reduce administrative workload for field teams and acts as a catalyst for change and simplification;

Builds a local understanding of his/her assigned Unit(s) market and industry landscape to represent business needs with internal and external stakeholders;

Attend, as required, USS and Unit Meetings to provide support around insights, system, and sales process;

Travels approximately 30%;

WHO YOU ARE Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business, agricultural sciences, agribsiness, or a related field, with 5+ years of relevant experience;

Strong understanding of the agricultural seed and crop protection markets, gained through direct experience in sales, marketing, or comparable roles;

Demonstrated ability to train, influence, and align internal and external stakeholders;

Proven capability to manage and analyze complex data sets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations for BULs and senior stakeholders;

Excellent organizational, analytical, and follow‑up skills, with a track record of driving work to completion;

Ability to translate market insights and product opportunities into actionable plans, partnering effectively with regional CX and product teams;

Demostrated sucess managing multiple priorities in a face‑paced enviroment;

Proven capability to manage and analyse complex data sets to idetify trends, risk, and opportunities, and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations for BULs and senior stakeholders;

Excellent organizational, analytical, and follow‑up skills, with a track record of driving work to completion;

Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with experience applying project management discipline to drive results;

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to create clear, compelling presentations;

Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $105,120.00 - $157,680.00. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc. This salary range is merely an estimate and may vary based on an applicant’s location, market data/ranges, an applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
