Role Description The SDR will also identify sales opportunities, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the company’s growth objectives.
We’re looking for a driven
Sales Development Representative (SDR)
to generate qualified leads and book demos for our AI solutions. The SDR will engage with potential clients to generate and qualify leads, identify customer needs, and drive interest in AGENTIQ’s services.
Day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Cold calling local businesses (salons, medical offices, etc.)
Following up with leads
Hitting weekly booking targets
Qualifications
Proficiency in Sales and Business Development to effectively engage and convert potential clients into successful partnerships.
Strong skills in Lead Generation and Communication to identify prospects, nurture relationships, and communicate value propositions effectively.
Demonstrated ability to drive results in a goal-oriented environment and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with AI-powered solutions is a plus.
Adaptability to a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and problem-solving.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in sales and business development.

Comfortable with cold outreach
Confident on the phone
Self-starter mindset
You’ve sold to SMBs
Location Remote (US-based preferred)
Compensation: Base: $17/hour
Commission
$50 - $100 per signed client
