Insurance 360 is looking for a motivated Account Manager to join our growing Austin team. In this role, you’ll work with warm leads and existing clients to help them review and update their life insurance coverage. Unlike many sales roles, you won’t be cold-calling strangers. Instead, you’ll connect with clients who already have a relationship with our agency, providing coverage reviews and recommending solutions that meet their evolving needs. Texas Life Insurance License Required

What You’ll Do Client Relationship Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for current and prospective clients

Build strong relationships through consultative conversations and coverage reviews

Identify opportunities to enhance or replace existing life insurance coverage

Sales & Client Outreach

Contact existing clients via phone to discuss life insurance needs and options

Generate life insurance sales using warm leads from our established client base

Guide clients through policy options and help them select appropriate coverage

Product Expertise

Learn and develop expertise in life insurance products and solutions

Stay current on product offerings, industry updates, and best practices

Provide professional guidance and recommendations to clients

What We’re Looking For

1+ year of sales experience (any industry)

Texas Life Insurance License required

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Self‑motivated with a strong work ethic and drive to succeed

Comfortable speaking with clients by phone and guiding conversations

Insurance industry experience is helpful but

not required

if you have strong sales ability and the motivation to learn.

Compensation & Benefits

$52K Base Salary

First-year earning potential: $52,000 – $60,000

Second-year earning potential: $60,000 – $80,000
