About the Role
As a Sales Advisor, you will provide excellent customer service, welcome and guide customers through the store, and actively sell products. You will use fashion and product knowledge to give customers all the relevant information for the best experience. Additionally, you will handle garment refill & care, presentation, and contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back-of-house, working closely with the rest of your store team.

Provide excellent customer service: welcoming and guiding customers and supporting them with direct customer service.
Engage in conversations with customers to provide excellent service.
Guide customers through fashion trends, stories & products in all areas of the store.
Promote and sell our products effectively.
Actively promote our Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in-store sustainability initiatives.
Represent yourself and the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions.
Support commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets with the store management team.
Customer Sales & Profit
Provide excellent customer service: welcoming and guiding customers and supporting them with direct service.
Engage and have conversations with customers.
Guide customers through trends, stories & products.
Promote and sell our products.
Actively promote Hello Member app and sustainability initiatives.
Represent the H&M brand positively.
Support commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets.
Fashion & Trend Awareness
Keep up-to-date with fashion trends, styles, brands, products, competitors and influencers.
Use product & fashion knowledge to share relevant information with customers.
Team & Development
Share service, fashion and store operations knowledge with colleagues.
Follow all procedures, routines and legal requirements in all areas of the store.
Give & receive feedback with colleagues to learn and develop.
Participate in onboarding, introduction processes, training and courses relevant to your role and future development.
Retail Operations / Visual & Commercial Execution
Complete full garment cycle from unpacking and refill to steaming and ensure good garment care.
Operate fitting room and checkout areas according to best practice and processes.
Contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back-of-house, including stockrooms.
Support garment presentation, execution and maintain attractive merchandise displays, clear trends & stories according to visual & commercial guidelines.
Ensure good stock levels with replenishment routines on the sales floor.
Maintain best practice for in-store OMNI services & tech tools such as Instore Care App, Click & Collect, Smart Store.
Support opening and closing of the store.
Follow all H&S guidelines and legal requirements applicable to role and responsibilities.
Qualifications
Passionate about fashion and everything we create in-store.

Enjoy working in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
Have sales experience working in a dynamic retail environment.
Experience in customer service in fashion, retail or related industries.
