The Paid Media Specialist will play a critical role in driving subscriber acquisition, conversion, and efficiency through paid social and search strategies. This position focuses heavily on social media platforms such as TikTok, Snapchat, and Meta, requiring the ability to build and set up ad campaigns in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will also contribute to strategic recommendations, campaign optimizations, and creative content development while managing budgets and delivering positive returns on marketing spend.

Manage day‑to‑day execution within social channels and search platforms
Optimize budgets across platforms and tactics
Track, monitor, and optimize performance against key KPIs
Research, develop, and test new audience segments
Support creative and landing page experimentation and testing
Recommend paid social and influencer strategies
Contribute to QA processes to ensure campaign accuracy
