Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents.
Conduct property tours, highlight amenities, and close leases to maintain occupancy.
Manage leasing activities including applications, renewals, move‑ins, and move‑outs.
Partner with the Property Manager on marketing programs, resident events, and community engagement.
Maintain accurate records, prepare lease documentation, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Monitor market trends and conduct competitor analysis to support occupancy goals.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of leasing or sales experience (property management preferred).
Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM/Yardi experience a plus.
High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred.
