Inside Sales Representative

TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® is growing! We have opportunities in our sales department for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals! You will use your strategic selling skills and in-depth knowledge of company services to build relationships with our customers.
What We Offer
Compensation: Base salary plus commission. Average performers range from $45,000 - $60,000 annually. High performers will earn $75,000 to $100,000.

What You’ll Do
Provide positive energy and top-notch customer service.
Act as the first point of contact for new and existing customers.
Input information into move software to provide accurate moving estimates.
Make recommendations according to customer’s needs and TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® best practices.
Obtain customer feedback through follow-up calls, both during and after moves; calmly and professionally handle customer concerns.
Prepare move-related paperwork and documents.
What We’re Looking For
Sales driven individuals
Excellent customer service skills and problem solving.
Professional attitude, exceptional communication, organization, and time management.
Familiar with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new programs.
Willing to submit to pre-employment background check and drug screen.
A minimum of one year of inside sales or customer service is required. Outside sales and/or TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® or moving industry experience is preferred.
