About the Role We are seeking a results-driven jewelry specialist with proven business development expertise to lead our expansion in the U.S. market. This role combines deep knowledge of stainless steel materials with a strategic approach to new client acquisition. You will be instrumental in building our U.S. client portfolio while strengthening relationships with existing partners. This is a high-impact opportunity for a professional who excels at identifying opportunities and converting them into lasting partnerships.

Responsibilities

New Business Development

Develop and execute a comprehensive market entry strategy to establish Yibi Jewelry as a leading stainless steel supplier in the U.S. market

Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities with emerging and established American fashion jewelry brands

Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through targeted outreach, industry networking, and strategic partnerships

Conduct market analysis to identify trends, potential clients, and competitive positioning opportunities

Client Management & Technical Consulting

Act as the primary technical and commercial contact for Yibi's U.S. clients, focusing on stainless steel jewelry projects

Facilitate day-to-day communication and provide expert guidance on product development, sourcing, and manufacturing specific to stainless steel jewelry

Leverage your material and market knowledge to advise clients and internal teams on design feasibility, aesthetics, and functional performance

Strategic Representation

Lead or support key business negotiations and deliver compelling product and capability presentations

Represent Yibi Jewelry at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility

Serve as a cultural and operational bridge between U.S. clients and our China-based manufacturing teams

Qualifications

Business Development Track Record : 8+ years in business development, sales, or strategic account management within the U.S. fashion jewelry sector, with demonstrated success in new client acquisition

Industry Expertise : Deep experience with stainless steel or mixed-metal categories, including proven ability to communicate technical value propositions to design and product teams

Sales Achievement : Documented history of meeting or exceeding sales targets and successfully expanding market share

Brand Relationships : Established connections with U.S. fashion jewelry brands such as Kendra Scott, Tory Burch, Kate Spade, Jennifer Fisher, Gorjana, MVMT, or comparable labels

Network Value : Active, relevant connections within the U.S. fashion jewelry industry that can generate immediate business opportunities

Technical Knowledge : Strong understanding of stainless steel jewelry manufacturing, finishing techniques, and supply chain dynamics

Language : Native or fluent English proficiency

Required Skills

Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with proven ability to close deals

Strategic, entrepreneurial mindset with strong analytical and business planning capabilities

Cultural fluency in U.S. market trends, consumer behavior, and brand expectations

Self-motivated with ability to work independently and drive results in a remote environment

Preferred Background

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Fashion Merchandising, Engineering, Business, or related field

Experience with market entry strategies and building distribution channels
