The Opportunity We’re searching for a self‑driven Real‑Estate Agent to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate is an experienced, results‑oriented salesperson who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is eager to leverage our regular lead flow—including landlords, tenants, and property owners—to grow their business.

Weekly sales meetings with the broker and hands‑on coaching and mentoring
What You’ll Do
Prospect pre‑qualified leads generated by sales agents to convert them into new clients and schedule listing appointments
Handle all aspects of MLS and marketing listings, including paperwork, MLS posting, social media, and a tailored marketing plan for quick sales
Negotiate contracts with buyers’ agents from outreach to closing
Conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service
Provide sellers with clear presentation of key selling points and suggested asking price
Build and maintain client relationships
Lead buyer tours, listing presentations, and open houses
Operate with high autonomy, self‑motivation, and clear time management skills
What Qualifies You
Active California real‑estate license
Experience with CRM, AppFolio, ZipForms, and MLS (plus)
Minimum one year in real estate sales
Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills

Strong communication, time‑management, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and motivate yourself
Experience in property management and leasing
