Our Customer Support Representative position is a terrific opportunity to support Sales for a dynamic, fast‑paced, entrepreneurial company. Ideal candidates will enjoy and have experience relevant to:
Phone‑based customer support
Computer‑based order processing
Complex product lists
Inventory management
Receiving and resolving customer questions and concerns
Maintaining customer database and history
Producing reports
Qualified candidates will offer a wide range of skills and experience to include:
3‑5 years in customer service roles
Previous sales support experience with direct customer contact
Managing support for multiple people with competing deadlines
Strong listening skills with excellent organizational and analytical problem‑solving skills
Computer savvy – Word, Excel, Outlook, SAP type programs
Ability to motivate teams and simultaneously manage several projects
Engaging and professional presentation
Organized, focused, and team oriented
