MMC Group is currently partnering with a respected industrial organization to hire a

Customer Service Sales Support Representative

to join their team in

Omaha, NE . This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced customer service professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving problems while supporting both customers and internal sales teams.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident handling

customer inquiries, order troubleshooting, quoting support, and escalations , while maintaining strong attention to detail and delivering excellent service.

Key Responsibilities Customer Support

Respond to customer inquiries via

phone and email

Handle approximately

200+ customer calls per month

Provide order updates, troubleshoot issues, and resolve customer concerns

Order & Quote Support

Prepare

parts quotes and order updates

Track order status and coordinate with internal departments

Assist customers with returns, product issues, and order adjustments

Manage customer concerns professionally and work toward resolution

Document interactions and issues within the

CRM system

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with

Sales, Shipping, Accounting, and Materials teams

to ensure timely order fulfillment

Data & CRM Management

Maintain accurate customer records and communication logs

Enter orders and update account information within the company CRM

What We're Looking For

Strong phone presence and customer communication skills

Experience handling customer escalations and problem resolution

Ability to compose professional customer emails without templates

Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Typing speed of 50+ WPM with strong accuracy

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

Previous Customer Service or Sales Support experience

Post-secondary education

Experience in manufacturing, distribution, industrial products, or order-based environments

Familiarity with Excel reporting or basic data analysis

This position is fully onsite in Omaha, NE and requires in-office attendance five days per week. The office environment is moderately busy and collaborative, requiring strong communication and teamwork.
