· Create and foster relationships with employers to enhance competitive, integrated employment opportunities.

· Support clients and advocate for their needs with employers, referral sources, and other stakeholders.

· Conduct client orientations to explain services and discuss their rights and responsibilities.

· Educate employers about the advantages of hiring individuals with disabilities. · Analyze local labor market trends to assist clients effectively.

· Maintain regular communication with referral sources regarding client progress and opportunities. · Respond to crises with clients at work sites, providing necessary supports.**Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:** · A high school diploma or equivalent certificate is required;

· An associate's or bachelor's degree in an applicable field from an accredited institution is preferred.

· At least one year of experience providing employment services.**Additional Qualifications:** · Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

· Current auto insurance and completion of a thorough background check, including criminal record and abuse/neglect.

· Must provide evidence of being free of infectious diseases, such as TB, prior to employment and annually thereafter.**Physical Requirements:** · Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, or pull objects, including the human body.

· Repetitive movements of hands, fingers, and arms for typing and/or writing during work shifts.
