Join a Leader in the Facilities Services Industry Cleantec Services, a trusted name in professional facility services across New York State, is expanding our sales team in the Capital Region. We’re seeking a driven, experienced Outside Sales Representative to help fuel our continued growth in Albany and surrounding areas. This is a high-impact role for a top-performing sales professional ready to take their career to the next level.
Responsibilities
Prospect, qualify, and close new commercial accounts in facility services, including janitorial, disinfection, and maintenance.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through networking, referrals, cold calling, and in-person visits.
Conduct site visits and needs assessments to design tailored service proposals.
Collaborate with our operations and management teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain CRM records and provide accurate forecasting and reporting.
Requirements
5+ years of outside B2B sales experience, ideally in facility services, building maintenance, commercial cleaning, or a related field.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
Self-starter with the ability to manage time and territory effectively.
Familiarity with the Capital Region (Albany, Schenectady, Troy, Saratoga).
Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
