About the Job Youtech is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive in the Digital Marketing Industry to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth for the company and contributing to our overall success.

Responsibilities

Become an expert on our marketing services platforms including, but not limited to: Branding, Responsive Web Design, Social Media Marketing, Search Engine Optimization, Paid Search Marketing, Programmatic, OTT and Development.

Own the entire sales cycle from prospect to close to execution of strategy

Identify demographic and psychographic needs of verticals

Build and maintain your leadership development pipeline to meet monthly goals

Leverage Marketing, Client Renewals, Client Services, and Training teams to deliver a seamless customer experience

Develop and execute sales strategies to generate new business opportunities and meet or exceed sales targets.

Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients through cold-calling, networking, and other prospecting techniques

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention

Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients to showcase Youtech Marketing's products and services

Prepare and deliver proposals and contracts to potential clients

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and project management, to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client needs

Manage the sales pipeline and accurately forecast sales projections

Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to stay up-to-date on market trends and identify new business opportunities

You are passionate, innovative, and collaborative.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

4-5 years outside sales experience

Experience with client facing roles

Understanding of digital marketing

Previous experience in digital marketing agency sales

Ability to multitask

Attention to detail and organizational skills

Expertise in communicating via phone, email, webinar and face-to-face

Ability to adapt to new situations quickly in an ever-changing industry
