Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Wausau, WI, for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will actively engage with customers to understand their needs, provide expert advice on our services, and foster strong client relationships. The role involves managing new and ongoing sales inquiries, conducting consultations, and guiding customers through the sales process. Additionally, the individual will work closely with the sales team to meet performance targets and ensure client satisfaction.
We have options in sales for all skill levels.
Experience can be entry level, we are willing to grow with someone if they are ready to grow with us.
Qualifications
Strong communication and customer service skills ensuring effective interaction with clients and team members.
Proven sales experience and ability to achieve and exceed sales targets is preferred
Experience in training and sales management to support the sales process and enhance team performance.
Proficiency in building relationships and a deep understanding of the home exterior industry is preferred.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.
Valid driver's license and flexibility for local travel as required.
