
Lead Generation Manager

We are seeking a results-driven and analytical
Lead Generation Manager
to join Aircraft Performance Group (APG) and play a key role in rebuilding and scaling our demand generation efforts. This role will be instrumental in supporting the expansion of our current products and the launch of new products, and in restoring a predictable, high-quality inbound lead pipeline.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in B2B SaaS lead generation, hands‑on HubSpot expertise, and a passion for turning marketing activity into measurable revenue impact within a highly specialized aviation software environment.
Office hours and location Full‑time, Monday to Friday
Location:
Open to remote or hybrid based on experience and proximity to APG offices
Duties and Responsibilities Lead Generation & Demand Creation
Own and execute inbound and outbound lead generation programs across digital channels including website, email campaigns, paid media, webinars, demos, and industry events
Build and scale qualified pipeline to support APG product growth, including the launch new products
Continuously optimize lead quality, volume, and conversion through data‑driven experimentation
HubSpot Ownership & Marketing Operations
Serve as the primary owner of HubSpot, including: Lead capture, scoring, and lifecycle management
Automated workflows and nurture campaigns
Campaign tracking, attribution, and reporting dashboards
Ensure accurate data hygiene and alignment between marketing and sales processes
Campaign Execution & Optimization
Execute product launch campaigns in coordination with external marketing agencies and internal stakeholders
Collaborate on landing pages, messaging, and campaign assets
Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on CPL, MQL quality, and conversion metrics
Sales Alignment & Enablement
Partner closely with sales to define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and qualification criteria
Ensure timely lead follow‑up and adherence to SLAs
Gather sales feedback to refine targeting, messaging, and nurturing strategies
Reporting & Insights
Track and report on key performance indicators including:
Lead volume and source performance
MQL to SQL conversion rates
Marketing‑sourced and influenced pipeline
Provide clear visibility into ROI and funnel performance
Required Experience and Job Qualifications
3–6 years of experience in B2B lead generation or demand generation roles (SaaS preferred)
Demonstrated hands‑on experience using HubSpot as a CRM and marketing automation platform
Proven track record of increasing inbound qualified leads and improving conversion rates
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Experience working cross‑functionally with sales teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in aviation, aerospace, or other highly regulated B2B industries
Familiarity with long sales cycles and high‑consideration purchasing processes
Experience managing or working alongside external marketing agencies
Exposure to LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and webinar‑based lead generation
