The Sales Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for clients while actively driving new business development.

This role is responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of B2B accounts, building long‑term relationships with property managers and decision makers.

You will proactively generate new business within assigned accounts and through external outreach, manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, and develop strategic account plans to maximize retention and expansion. By conducting consultative meetings, delivering tailored proposals, and collaborating closely with internal teams, you will ensure solutions align with client objectives and deliver measurable value.

This position plays a critical role in driving client retention, increasing account growth, strengthening partnerships, and contributing directly to overall revenue and company growth.

The sales account manager needs to have strong organizational skills to manage pipelines, prospects, and clients. This sales position is open to an ambitious individual who would love to grow with the company and expand. Commission will be offered.

Compensation:

$65,000 - $75,000 yearly
