About the Role This is a full‑time hybrid role for an Outside Sales Representative based around the Gillette, WY area, offering flexibility to work from home as needed. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with clients, providing safety products and service guidance, delivering compelling sales presentations, identifying and developing new business opportunities, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role also involves understanding client safety needs and offering tailored solutions from our range of services and products.
Key Responsibilities & Qualifications
Strong Sales Presentations and New Business Development Skills
Proficiency in building and maintaining client relationships
Exceptional Customer Service and Communication Skills
Ability to identify and understand client needs and provide tailored safety solutions
Previous experience in safety services or related industries is an advantage
A self‑motivated individual comfortable with independent work in a hybrid setup
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel locally and regionally
