FirstDigital is a leading provider of cloud voice, PSTN, and enterprise communications solutions. We power modern collaboration platforms including Cisco Webex, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom — delivering scalable, flexible voice solutions to enterprise, public sector, and channel partners. As we expand our channel and rebilling strategy, we’re looking for entrepreneurial channel leaders to build and scale partner-driven revenue in key U.S. regions.
The Opportunity This is not a “manage an existing book” role. This is a build role.
We are seeking a Channel Manager to establish and grow Technology Advisor and VAR partnerships in the Northeast and Southeast. This role is ideal for a self-starter with deep telecom and UCaaS/CCaaS experience who thrives in partner-led sales environments.
You will:
Build relationships with Technology Advisors (TAs) within the Telarus ecosystem
Recruit and enable Cisco and Microsoft VARs for rebilling opportunities
Drive partner-led revenue from opportunity creation to close
Position FirstDigital as the preferred PSTN and cloud voice partner

Established channel presence in assigned region
Strong, productive TA and VAR partnerships
Consistent pipeline and recurring revenue growth
FirstDigital positioned as a trusted voice & PSTN partner within Cisco & Microsoft ecosystems
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of channel sales experience in Telecommunications, UCaaS, or CCaaS
Experience selling Webex, Microsoft Teams Voice, Zoom, SIP Trunking, or Cloud PSTN
Proven success in partner-led sales (Telarus experience strongly preferred)
Background working with Cisco and/or Microsoft ecosystems
Entrepreneurial mindset — ability to build markets from the ground up
Preferred
Deep understanding of PSTN and cloud voice architectures
