What You’ll Do:
Lead Generation & Prospecting
Engage with Homeowners: Knock Doors, Friends and Family, Networking Insurance and Real Estate, Referrals, Social Media and Personal Ads, Company Leads, Cold Call and Email, etc.
Acquire Homeowner Contact Info and send your Project Manager (a certified or adjustor licensed professional)

Project Manager (PM) – Run Inspections, Insurance or Retail Process, and Close Deals
Senior Management – Hire and Train your own team of Project Managers or Oversee Crews and Builds
