Territory Manager – Aesthetic Medical Sales

Field-based role with regular overnight travel

This role is all about opening doors and generating opportunities for senior sales leaders to close — making it a fantastic entry point into medical sales for someone with strong outside sales experience and a relentless work ethic.
What You’ll Do
Prospect and cold call heavily within the territory
Knock on doors and generate new business opportunities
Call on MedSpas, Plastic Surgeons, Dermatologists, and Weight Loss Clinics
Set appointments and create opportunities
Travel throughout MN, WI, SD, ND managing a large territory
✅ What They’re Looking For
Bachelor’s Degree
1+ year of outside hunting sales experience
Proven success in new business development
Persistent, competitive, and resilient
Aggressive but polished and personable
Strong hunter mentality
