Tuesday-Friday: 9:00AM-5:00PM
Saturday: 10:00AM-5:00PM
Responsibilities
Complies with local and federal Fair Housing Standards
Touring prospects and leasing apartments
Responsible for updating resident databases
Process applications
Responds to residents’ inquiries
Conducts inspections of vacant apartments
Qualifications
High school diploma/GED equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred
1-2 years of experience in sales and customer service, previous leasing experience required
Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Approachable and friendly demeanor
Strong time management, organizational and problem‑solving skills
Must be able to work with all levels of employees
Compensation
Hourly Rate Range for this position: $ 18.65 - $22.00
Leasing Commissions
