Inbound calls for account, payment, and website assistance

Credit Department Associate

Flexible schedule; some OT (two Sat/month 8–12)

Reviews/enters contracts, verifies info, outbound calls to dealers

No inbound customer calls

Requirements

Bachelor’s preferred (Associate or 1–2 yrs experience OK)

Strong communication, customer service, attention to detail

Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dallas, TX.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $23.50/hr.
