Qualifications
Sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record in automotive sales or related fields
Team leadership and management experience, including the ability to motivate and develop sales personnel
Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and optimize inventory management
Customer service and relationship‑building skills to ensure client satisfaction
Knowledge of used car market, pricing, and valuation strategies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in using sales software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office suite
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business or related field is a plus
