Social Media Manager

Location : Atlanta, GA ( h ybrid)

Experience : 5+ years in social media marketing; 2+ years leading B2B social strategy and performance

Overview Do you have an eye for design and a talent for developing online communities through social media? We are seeking a strategic and hands‑on Social Media Manager who can confidently lead brand development across our social platforms. In this role, you will blend creative instinct with data‑driven insights to produce original, design‑forward content that differentiates our company in the commercial interiors space. As our internal social media expert, you’ll lead the vision and implementation of a social strategy that consistently delivers polished, high‑impact storytelling to build community, strengthen brand authority, and position us as a design leader.

Consistent, high‑quality content that reflects design excellence and industry expertise

Social media recognized internally as supporting lead generation, revenue, and brand building

Clear, measurable improvement in followers, engagement, reach, and share of voice

The ideal candidate will

Own and manage a robust monthly editorial calendar across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and emerging platforms, as well as the brand ambassador program for internal sales and external distribution teams

Develop and lead a 12‑month social media strategy that supports lead generation within the B2B flooring and interior design space

Have a deep and proven expertise of social media platforms, algorithms, and best‑in‑class platform practices, especially on Pinterest and Instagram

Stay deeply embedded in social and design culture, proactively identifying relevant trends and determining the appropriate brand “way in”

Track monthly and quarterly performance metrics and present insights with strategic recommendations to leadership

Confidently create original, platform‑native content—including short‑form video, photography, motion graphics, and static design—collaborating with other team members as needed

Partner with Brand Marketing, Segment Marketing, Product Management, PR, Sales, Sustainability, and Creative teams to translate broader initiatives into engaging social campaigns

Find creative ways to translate more technical product benefits into engaging and accessible storytelling

Required Qualifications

5+ years of professional experience managing social media within a brand or agency environment

2+ years of leadership experience in social media strategy or team oversight

Proven experience capturing original photo and video content for brand channels

Strong video editing capabilities and experience repurposing footage for short‑form platforms

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite

Working knowledge and demonstrated experimentation with AI tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly or similar generative platforms)

Strong portfolio showcasing social campaigns, content creation, and measurable growth

Excellent writing, storytelling, and visual communication skills

Experience in the flooring industry, commercial interiors, or a related design vertical

B.A. in marketing, communications, graphic design, or related field
