$50,000-$72,000 base + Uncapped Commission Our client is seeking a high-level

Senior Sales Representative

to act as a technical consultant and strategic growth driver for the South Central region. This is an individual contributor role that blends strategic account management with technical expertise. You won’t just be selling products; you’ll be providing structural solutions. You will spend roughly 80% of your time managing high-value accounts and 20% in the field conducting site visits and product demonstrations. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Account Management:

Direct and expand relationships with major wholesalers and industrial distributors. Business Development:

Proactively identify and close new business opportunities within the South Central territory. Technical Consulting:

Advise clients on product applications, including reading blueprints and spec sheets to identify the correct fastening systems (TC bolts, structural hex bolts, anchors, etc.). Field Engagement (20%):

Plan and execute on-site client visits, conduct product demonstrations, and lead project bidding processes. Internal Leadership:

Mentor junior sales staff and provide critical market feedback to the Branch Manager to help shape inventory and pricing strategies. Candidate Requirements: Experience:

5+ years of B2B sales experience (Industrial, Fastener, or Construction background is strongly preferred). Technical Proficiency:

Deep understanding of fastener materials, coatings, and structural standards. Systems:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite). Communication:

Advanced negotiation skills with an outgoing, professional demeanor. Travel:

Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed. Language:

Fluent in English;

Spanish proficiency
