Responsibilities
Client Relations Coordinator
We are seeking a highly motivated, Client Relations Coordinator to join our team. The Client Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring our existing clients receive unparalleled Client service.
Daily responsibilities will include reviewing clients’ current campaign analytics and applying a results‑oriented approach to all client requests and inquiries. This position requires active account management and constant oversight and monitoring to identify potential areas of troubleshooting. Additionally, the right candidate will utilize internal reporting systems to optimize account performance.
This position is great for someone who wants to continually challenge him/herself, while always learning something new that will help him/her grow exponentially.
Knowledge & Skills:
Strong interpersonal skills – team player mentality
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment that’s constantly changing
Strong initiative is a must
Detail oriented
Must be a critical thinker, with the ability to anticipate problems and quickly find effective solutions
Strong skills in problem solving
Team player mentality
Strong customer service
Must be open to travel to industry conventions as a company representative
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years relevant sales experience and/or customer service, preferably in the financial services industry
Proficient in Microsoft Excel with extensive knowledge using pivot tables and formulas
Tech and Internet savvy – comfortable learning and using new software

Compensation
Salary range: $25‑$35 hourly
