Job Description: The Retail Associate will be directly responsible for self‑driving, increasing, and maintaining the overall sales performance, booking a same‑day device repair appointment, selling device protection plans, and selling device accessories. You will also be performing the device repairs. Device repairs include but are not limited to: cell phone, and tablet screen replacements. Duties include customer check‑ins, device repairs, store operations and housekeeping, device repair status updates, parts and inventory tracking, and client follow‑up/communication. In addition to driving sales and collecting online customer reviews you must be able to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional customer service. As a Cellairis Retail Sales Associate & Technician you may also be required to report to nearby locations; therefore you are required to have a valid driver’s license and your own reliable transportation; public transportation will not be sufficient due to the nature of this industry.
Hiring Requirements:
Basic computer skills: usage and ability to multi‑task and handle multi‑window workflow; Proficiency in MS Office
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to have genuine customer service skills and develop relationships with clients
Time management and scheduling skills
Physical skill requirements: Stand for long periods of time, Hand/eye coordination and dexterity (for repairs), Lift 25 Lbs.
Own reliable transportation/Valid Driver's License

Previous Work Experience:
Retail sales experience: 1-3 years in a retail sales environment
