Assist with managing vendor administration/relationships and work with service providers and vendors, as well as Entergy IT throughout the year to support various programs.

Develop and revise HR administrative procedures and policies when applicable.

Read, understand, and interpret Plan Documents terms for H&W plans sponsored by Entergy and apply those terms to support accurate administration of the Plans.

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. The estimated salary range for this position is $90,000 to $130,000 and is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, as well as other factors. Minimum Education Required of the Position

High school graduate or GED

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or related field or equivalent work experience

Minimum Experience Required of the Position

TR Analyst II: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field, plus 1+ years of relevant experience OR 4+ years of relevant experience without a degree.

TR Analyst III: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field, plus 3+ years of relevant experience OR 5+ years of relevant experience without a degree.

TR Analyst Sr: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field, plus 5+ years of relevant experience OR 7+ years of relevant experience without a degree.
