
Retail Marketing & Brand Manager

We are representing an established international food brand seeking a senior Retail Marketing and Brand Leader to drive U.S. market growth and partner closely with global leadership.
This is a high-visibility, strategic role reporting into executive leadership with direct collaboration across Sales, Supply Chain, and Corporate teams in Spain. The right individual will influence brand direction, retail expansion, and go to market execution at scale.
Key Impact Areas
Own and execute U.S. retail marketing strategy for established international brands
Lead go to market planning for new product launches
Drive trade promotion strategy, lift analysis, and ROI accountability
Partner with Sales on distribution expansion and category growth
Provide structured inputs into annual planning cycles including ARP processes
Utilize SAP reporting to monitor performance and guide decisions
Present performance insights and strategic recommendations to executive leadership
Strengthen brand positioning, messaging, and in-store execution
What Makes You Competitive
7 plus years in retail grocery marketing or brand leadership
Strong experience with trade marketing, retail promotions, and category strategy
Experience working in global or matrix organizations
Financial acumen, able to connect marketing decisions to margin and performance
Bilingual English and Spanish highly preferred
Comfortable operating at both strategic and execution levels
