Key Responsibilities
Administer and manage databases, ensuring security and optimal performance.
Analyze and resolve performance issues, implementing necessary changes.
Develop and test backup and recovery strategies to ensure data integrity.
Implement security protocols and maintain compliance with standards.
Mentor junior team members and support database-related requests.
Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years experience in database administration.
Strong knowledge of database management tools and technologies.
Proficient in scripting and development, with familiarity in multiple operating systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
