Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field. Experience:
3+ years of proven B2B sales or business development success, ideally in staffing/recruitment. Track Record:
Consistently achieved/exceeded sales targets in a fast-paced environment. Relationship Builder:
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client engagement skills. Strategic Mindset:
Strong business acumen with insight into recruitment services and client pain points. Tech-Enabled:
Skilled in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and modern sales tools. Self-Starter:
