We're seeking an experienced
Sales and Design Professional
who can translate a client's outdoor vision into breathtaking reality - someone who thrives in a high-touch, boutique sales environment and is equally comfortable with design software and discerning clientele. What You’ll Do: Inspire and Consult: Lead client consultations to uncover aesthetic and functional needs for luxury landscape projects ranging from $250K to $1M+. Design with Purpose: Craft sophisticated outdoor living designs, aligning native and sustainable planting with high-end features like fire features, outdoor kitchens, and lighting. Sell with Elegance: Develop polished, detailed proposals that communicate value, budget clarity, and scope with confidence and class. Deliver the Experience: Guide clients through a seamless journey—from concept to contract—with proactive communication and concierge-level care. Ideal Candidate: A strong communicator who understands how to nurture trust with affluent, high-powered clientele. A confident salesperson who knows how to close high-value deals while upholding brand integrity. A design thinker fluent in tools like Vectorworks, Aspire, Adobe Photoshop, and Go iLawn. A landscape industry professional who understands USDA Zone 7b horticulture, native plant palettes, and sustainable installation practices. Qualifications: 3+ years of residential landscape sales and design experience. Knowledge of luxury market trends and materials. Ability to read scaled plans and estimate construction requirements. Degree in Landscape Architecture, Design, Horticulture, or related field (preferred). Clean driving record and valid license. Be part of a company that sets the standard in luxury outdoor living.
