Video Editor (Remote) Wing is on the exciting mission of redefining the future of work for companies worldwide! We are looking to be the one-stop shop for companies that are looking to build world‑class teams & place their operations on autopilot.
And we’re looking for a Video Editor to start immediately!
Duties And Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
Edit raw footage into polished, high-performing videos (short-form ads, UGC-style content, tutorials, and social media clips).
Perform color correction, audio cleanup, and basic sound design.
Deliver multiple versions optimized for different platforms and formats
Use AI tools (VEO3, Runway, Pika, Descript, or similar) to generate or augment UGC‑style videos.
Maintain human‑like, authentic pacing, tone, and delivery in AI‑generated content.
Iterate quickly based on creative feedback and performance metrics.
Add animated titles, captions, transitions, overlays, and infographics.
Build reusable motion templates for faster production.
Apply design principles to create visually engaging content aligned with brand guidelines.
Write hooks, scripts, and storyboards for short‑form content.
Research trends and competitor videos to propose new angles.
Test multiple creative approaches and optimize for engagement and conversion.
Work with marketing, creative, and content teams to deliver assets on schedule.
Maintain organized project files and asset libraries.
Suggest improvements to AI‑assisted workflows and content pipelines.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any field or professional certification in marketing or business-related courses
2+ years experience in video editing
Proven video editing experience
Proficient in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve)
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (at least B2 level)
Solid organizational and time management skills
Experience or willingness to work with AI video generation tools
Experience/Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, and other graphic design software
Motion graphics and animation skills (Preferred but not required)
Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects
Able to work on a graveyard shift
Nice-To-Have/Bonus
Experience with direct‑response marketing and high‑converting ad campaigns.
Background as a UGC creator or content strategist.
Advanced skills in 3D animation, VFX, or interactive video formats.
Experience in fast‑paced eCommerce or agency environments.
Technical Requirements
USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
Working Webcam
Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 8GB RAM
Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection
Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps
