The Opportunity We are building a sales organization with real standards, systems, and a long‑term vision. The Sales Team Lead role sits above our top individual contributors and is designed to grow into senior leadership as the company scales.
You’ll continue selling your own jobs while:
Mentoring and developing sales professionals
Earning override income on team performance
Helping shape how we sell, price, and execute
Playing a meaningful role in the future of the company
This is a role for someone who wants more than a title — someone who wants impact.
What You’ll Do
Sell and manage roofing and exterior projects end-to-end
Protect and drive job profitability
Mentor and support assigned sales professionals
Coach reps on margins, insurance strategy, and execution
Lead by example in professionalism, systems, and follow-through
Partner with leadership to build scalable sales processes
You will not be stuck behind a desk.
You will not give up commission upside.
You will help raise the bar.
How You’re Compensated
Total earning potential:
~$150K+ annually including commissions and overrides
Long‑term upside:
As the company scales, expand leadership opportunities and potential equity discussions for the right person
Who This Is For
3+ years of roofing sales experience (required)
Proven track record of profitable job execution
Comfortable with insurance and/or retail roofing projects
Natural leader, others already seek out
High standards, strong follow-through, and calm under pressure
Someone who wants to help build, not just close
This is not an entry‑level sales role, and it is not a fit for someone who only wants to sell deals and go home.
