Job Responsibilities

Design high-quality graphics for both print and digital media, ensuring proper formatting, resolution, and production specifications

Edit video content to align with brand standards, voice, and messaging

Develop visual elements for marketing materials, websites, and other media, including logos, infographics, and video assets

Translate creative direction and feedback into accurate, compelling design solutions

Select appropriate colors, textures, imagery, typography, and layouts across various media platforms to effectively communicate key messages

Apply creative thinking and research emerging design trends and techniques to enhance visual output

Provide strategic design recommendations to effectively engage targeted audiences

Create innovative and results-driven graphics and digital assets to support marketing campaigns

Prepare projects by gathering necessary information, assets, and materials prior to execution

Manage project timelines and maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders

Simultaneously handle multiple projects across various divisions while meeting deadlines

Organize and maintain digital assets in accordance with company guidelines and best practices

Capture and refine product photography and curate customer testimonials for marketing use

Other duties as assigned

Compensation The starting pay range for this position is $18.00 to $30.00 per hour. Final compensation will depend on various factors including: skills, experience, and location.

Qualifications

Must provide a portfolio of work from previous positions

Graphic Design degree or degree in related field preferred

Graphic design, graphic artist, communication designer, advertising, promotions, public relations, marketing, or similar experience and have a working knowledge of design principles

Exposure to manufacturing-related field is a plus

The candidate must be creative and versatile

Experience with Adobe CS, applications including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, After Effects, Davinci Resolve, and Premiere

Knowledge and ability to work within programs like web content management systems such as Hubspot

Excellent multi-tasker and flexibility

Must be able to meet timelines on projects and daily responsibilities

Strong communication skills: both written and orally as well as listening

Attention to detail, high-quality work with minimal errors

Photo and video knowledge

The ability to operate a drone is preferred
