It is continually ranked by U.S. News Master’s degree preferred. 7-10 years of progressive experience in procurement, supply chain operations, or healthcare supply chain. Proven experience leading teams, developing talent, and managing cross-functional initiatives. Lean/6 sigma experience and/or certifications preferred. Annual Compensation Range $110,177.60 - $176,280.00 This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
