The Company is seeking an Executive Director to serve as the chief administrator and operating officer, responsible for the overall management of the organization. The successful candidate will oversee staff, develop and maintain administrative and financial systems, manage front office functions, and ensure the smooth operation of all synagogue activities. This role requires a strategic, process-oriented thinker with a proven track record in fiscal, financial, and budgetary management, and the ability to engage with lay leadership to support the organization's mission. The Executive Director will also be involved in program and community engagement, and must be committed to fostering a warm, welcoming environment for all members, clergy, staff, and visitors.
Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' professional experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, and a strong background in non-profit management.
