Assist in the preparation and assembly of kitchen components and cabinetry. Perform quality control checks to ensure all products meet our high standards. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and customer expectations. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and product knowledge. Opportunities to learn carpentry, refacing, and artistic wood restoration. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus. Previous experience in painting - preferably cabinet painting. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with paint tools and equipment. Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
