Customer Service Representative
Cardinal Staffing Services is hiring Customer Service Representatives in Thomasville, GA. As a Customer Service Rep for Cardinal Staffing Services, you will be working for an esteemed insurance company delivering exceptional service to every policyholder and their families while maintaining accuracy and compliance in every interaction. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries with care and professionalism. Assist policyholders with policy information, billing questions, and basic claims support. Process policy updates, beneficiary changes, and account requests. Accurately document customer interactions in company systems. Follow insurance regulations and company procedures at all times. Escalate complex issues and follow through to resolution. Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. 1+ year of customer service experience (insurance or call center preferred). Strong communication and listening skills. Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems.
