Position Summary: The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures, hosting or participating in career events, developing long-term recruiting strategies, nurturing trusting relationships with potential hires and creating strong talent pipelines for the assigned communitys and companys current and future hiring needs.
Education/Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Must have excellent analytical, computer and organizational skills.
Minimum of one (1) year related recruiting experience or long-term care is preferred.
Shifts and Wages: Full-Time Opportunity Available
