Customer Service Representative

(English/Spanish) to join our team at a growing pharmaceutical company in Miramar. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage customer inquiries and order processing in a fast-paced environment. Location:

Miramar, FL Schedule:

Monday Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Pay Rate:

$19.00 per hour Responsibilities: Provide professional and timely support to customers via phone, email, and in person.

Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately in the system.

Track shipments and provide order status updates to clients.

Communicate with internal departments (warehouse, quality control, accounting) to resolve customer issues.

Maintain accurate and organized records of all customer interactions.

Handle customer complaints and escalate when necessary to ensure satisfaction.

Assist in managing client accounts and building positive long-term relationships.

Ensure all communications comply with company policies and pharmaceutical industry standards.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required (Associates or Bachelor's degree is a plus).

Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.

Must be

bilingual in English and Spanish

(oral and written).

Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Positive attitude and a strong team player.
