
Regional Account Manager

Position Summary
The Regional Account Manager (RAM) is responsible for managing and leading account expectations and delivering insights and data. The RAM is expected to adhere to compliance guidelines as set by the client and Credico, and will regularly communicate with the Sr. National Account Manager (Sr. NAM) to ensure alignment and best practices. They will effectively support business relationships, procedures, protocol, and initiatives, as coordinated by the client, internal teams at Credico, and the external vendors contracted under Credico.
This role is hybrid due to monthly travel, and we prefer for the candidate to be based in Colorado, Florida, Georgia or Texas.
Experience in Wireless or Telecommunications sales and/or customer service, is preferable but not required.
Responsibilities
Monitors compliance and quality data on a continual basis and communicates trends and issues to the Sr. NAM.
Provides guidance to external vendors following protocol and compliance points, as set by the client and Credico.
Establishes and maintains business relationships with regional employees under the client, with internal teams at Credico, and with the external vendors to proactively support the account.
Conducts in-person meetings to ensure that external vendors have access to all applicable training resources, initiatives, trends information, product knowledge, and protocol processes, as set by the client and Credico.
Other duties as assigned, or as necessary, to support the overall business needs.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience with direct customer support, direct sales, or direct client services.
Available to travel for in-person meetings, a minimum of 12 business days per month.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
Proficiency in productive multi-tasking, problem solving, and escalation resolutions.
Possess and execute with clear communication.
Possess a tactical sense of urgency to effectively assist others.
Possess and maintain business acumen.
Be adaptable and organized when working in fast-paced scenarios.
Be initiative-taking.
Experienced, or eager to self-educate, in data collection and analysis.
