Client Relations Specialist - TextMyGov

TextMyGov is a fast-growing Software as a Service (SaaS) startup that specializes in providing government agencies with smart-texting software to connect with their communities. We have over 800 customers nationwide and are growing! We're looking for a Client Relations Specialist in our Logan, Utah, office to train and support new clients.
In this role, you will virtually onboard and train new customers to use our texting software to engage effectively with their citizens. After customers are onboarded, you will serve as their primary contact for questions and feedback. Effectively moving clients through the setup process and strong communication skills are key.
The Client Relations Specialist role is essential to customers' success and retention. This rewarding position allows you to build lasting relationships with clients and team members. In our office, you'll collaborate with other Client Relations Specialists, including participating in weekly meetings. We have the best customers and follow their schedules, so no weekends or nights!
Responsibilities
Hold virtual meetings to train and set up new customers with our software Prepare customers' accounts to progress them through the setup process Serve as the primary contact for customer questions and feedback Regularly check in and manage current accounts Create flyers for customers using templates to increase engagement among citizens Research government agency websites to assist with setup Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, senior management, marketing) to meet customers' needs Qualifications
1+ years experience in tech support or virtual client relations Strong communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (e.g., Pipedrive) Detail-oriented with multitasking abilities Customer-focused and adaptable Knowledge of the government industry is a plus Bachelor's degree preferred Benefits:
