part-time Lifestyle & Community Coordinator

to help activate the energy, programming, and day-to-day experience of Locale Social House.

This role is hands-on, people-focused, and execution-driven. If you love planning events, creating content, connecting with people, and taking initiative - we want to meet you!

What You’ll Do 1. Event Programming & Activation

Assist in planning and executing a year-round calendar of events at CBH Locale Social House

Collaborate with internal marketing, sales, and leadership teams to align events with community goals

Plan social gatherings, fitness classes, workshops, seasonal celebrations, and signature community experiences

Coordinate event logistics including vendors, setup, registration, and post-event follow-up

Track attendance and engagement metrics to continuously improve programming

2. Community Experience & Engagement

Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners regarding clubhouse use and community activities

Build strong relationships with homeowners to build a vibrant, connected community culture

Coordinate + support homeowner-led clubs, interest groups, and private rentals

Create a welcoming, high-energy environment that reflects the Locale and CBH brand

3. Marketing & Content Creation

Create event flyers, email announcements, and promotional materials

Post content to community social platforms

Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency

Maintain event calendars and homeowner communication platforms

Ensure brand consistency across all materials and messaging

4. Community Knowledge & Brand Support

Maintain knowledge of upcoming phases, available homes, and future community developments

Confidently speak about the Locale lifestyle when engaging residents or guests

Support the sales team by engaging prospects during community events

5. Operations & Facility Oversight

Oversee daily operations of Locale Social House

Report maintenance needs promptly to ensure the facility remains clean, organized, and inviting

Assist with vendor coordination when needed

Uphold community policies and maintain a professional, welcoming environment

What We’re Looking For

1–3+ years experience in events, hospitality, community programming, marketing, or related fields

Strong organization and follow-through

Comfortable creating social media content and basic marketing materials

Friendly, outgoing, and confident communicator

Ability to work evenings and weekends for scheduled events

Able to lift 25 lbs

Most importantly: self-starter. You don’t wait to be micromanaged. You take initiative. You anticipate needs. You step in and make things happen.

Schedule & Structure

Part-time position (estimated 20 - 25 hours per week)

Flexible scheduling with required availability for planned events, including evenings and weekends
