We’re hiring a Senior Account Manager to take ownership of a regional book of business, drive retention and expansion, and play a key role in our next phase of growth.

What You’ll Own

Manage and grow a regional book of recurring-revenue accounts

Proactively engage customers through outbound calls, training, and value-driven conversations

Sell and expand usage of:

Takeoff Reports

Monthly Memberships

SaaS Solutions

Act as a trusted advisor, delivering ROI and real business impact

Own CRM activity, account handoffs, and monthly membership closes

Partner with Account Executives and Customer Service to deliver a standout customer experience

Track and report KPIs: activity, retention, expansion, and forecasts

Maintain strong daily activity:

70+ outbound calls

Daily follow-ups

Who Thrives in This Role

7–10 years in account management or customer-facing sales roles

Proven success growing and retaining a recurring revenue book

Competitive, resilient, and self-motivated

Strong negotiator and relationship builder

Comfortable in a fast-paced, disruptive tech environment

Hungry to advance into senior leadership roles within 1–2 years

Compensation & Benefits

$70,000–$80,000 OTE (base plus commission) + additional quarterly performance bonuses
